BlizzCon 2019

UI & Visual Design for Cross-Platform Video Streaming Multimedia Site

In 2019, I was engaged in the company-wide effort of launching BlizzCon, delivering on critical business needs & milestones which contributed to a successful convention that year. I helped craft design system principles and UI components to support content drumbeats throughout the year. This included Purchasing Tickets Sales, features improvements on Virtual Tickets viewing experience, as well as global changes including accessible color palette, key art graphic revisions, and revised branding & guidelines for use across platforms.

The goal is to deliver the best Blizzard experience for our players using the BlizzCon site, desktop, mobile and proprietary app, whether they were on-site in the convention or viewing from home via Virtual Ticket. BlizzCon 2019 ended up being extremely successful, with millions in revenue and increased player delight from its hype and excitement!
