UX Design of a responsive web & mobile E-commerce Beauty & Cosmetics platform

During my tenure with La Visual, JAFRA and La Visual partnered to break into the modern digital era. I was tasked with the UX and Information Architecture of several JAFRA initiatives, from Online Sponsoring portal to attract new consultants to their Loyalty Club rewards program. We researched our primary audience and broke down the main demographics into two user personas, one who was more consumer-like while another was more business-minded. From whiteboarding session and collaborative chartering to wireframing and visual comparables, we were successfully developed and delivered MVP products for JAFRA. Not only was I tasked with wireframing, I was also developing the front-end of the deliverables, which were based on the MEAN stack. We worked closely with JAFRA to furnish the UX and design in parallel with development.

With new strategy, design, and online apps, we successfully delivered new JAFRA web platforms built for attracting, engaging, and retaining a new generation of connected JAFRA consultants and clients.

Process documentations collaborated and established upon myself and La Visual. Final process illustrations touched up by La Visual design team. Whiteboard sessions and affinity mapping were collaboratively executed with La Visual and JAFRA. La Visual Design team touched up visual comparables. All JAFRA product and lifestyle photography was provided by JAFRA marketing team.
