User Experience of an iBeacon experiential tech for the automotive industry
Lincoln's new test drive experience was immersive branding at its best, as we integrated iBeacon mobile AV technology after 20 days it was released to the public. I came into the La Visual team while the experiential technology was being visioned out. We collaborated on the in-app and outside/real-world user flow of the entire test drive experience.
From in-person MKC drive to mobile web app experience, we helped disrupt the traditional consumer test-drive journey with integrated physical & digital technology. I helped design the user flow and provided UX guidance for design team in the web app experience. We crafted a comprehensive digital/physical solution in twenty days, using emergent technology that no one has ever done it in this way and releasing it nationwide.
