MVP Design for Mobile Audiophile Live Streaming Startup

weeSPIN is the world's first collaborative music player that enables users to live stream and sync to each other's music-listening. While serving at La Visual as one of their agency designers, I engaged with weeSPIN as their main UX Designer for their MVP push. Within a month, I pinpointed the core user problems and workflow that needed to be designed and developed quickly. Modularity was key, as pattern components had to be crafted and checked for consistency. I included annotations in every deliverable screens to assure clarity of features. I crafted the wireframes and user storyboards while visual comparables were touched up by the design team and myself. iOS development were led by weeSPIN while I assisted in quality assurance and debugging efforts.

As a result, the MVP iOS app was released and monthly user growth increased to 200%.
